For Multi-Academy Trusts
"A term's work — potentially six months — in a couple of afternoons essentially."
Phil Banks, CEO, St Christopher's Multi-Academy Trust
Strategy, governance and decision-making for MATs. Tools that fit the budget envelope MATs actually have, and that work at the pace of the school year.
The St Christopher's engagement (proven)
St Christopher's Multi-Academy Trust uses Insight Genie, Dynamic Genie and (from this term) Predict Genie. Together they cover three things MATs need most:
- Insight Genie surfaced the structural issues consuming the trust's strategic capacity, not the symptoms, the actual root causes.
- Dynamic Genie compressed a six-month strategy development cycle into two afternoons. The strategy got implemented because the teaching teams co-created it.
- Predict Genie is now applied to the trust's capital and operational portfolio decisions, surfacing the options that are both effective and adoptable.
The multi-MAT cohort offer
Where the question is portfolio-level, capital programmes across schools, shared services design, system-level operational decisions, two or three MATs commissioning a Predict Genie engagement together is the more economic shape. The cohort shares the engagement cost, the analytical output and the learning. Grant funding routes are typically more accessible at the cohort level than for an individual MAT.
If you want to commission your own engagement, we can do that. If you want to join a cohort that's forming, or assemble one with two MATs you already work alongside, we can help structure that too.

Six months to one day† The move from extended document cycles to collaborative, decision-ready work when the people who deliver the change co-create the strategy.
