2. Our Services
2.1 Scope
We provide management consultancy, leadership development, strategy co-creation, and diagnostic tools ("Services"), including but not limited to:
- Dynamic Genie: AI-powered collaborative strategy development workshops that compress 6-12 month strategy processes into single-day co-creation sessions
- Insight Genie: Diagnostic tools and systems that reveal root causes, surface hidden blockages, and identify critical friction points within organisations
- Meeting Genie: Meeting transformation services that convert unproductive meetings into collaboration engines, including ongoing subscription-based support
- Transformation Trilogy: Integrated packages combining multiple services for comprehensive organisational transformation
- Future Products and Services: Additional consultancy, training, software tools, and transformation services as we develop and introduce them
2.2 Business-to-Business (B2B)
Our Services are primarily designed for organisations, healthcare bodies, educational institutions, local authorities, and professional entities. If you are an individual consumer, different statutory rights may apply under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2.3 Access
Access to specific tools (such as the Insight Genie diagnostic platform or Dynamic Genie workshop materials) is by invitation only or subject to separate service agreements. We reserve the right to grant, suspend, or withdraw access credentials at our absolute discretion.
2.4 Service Agreements
Specific terms for each service engagement will be provided in separate service agreements, statements of work, or engagement letters. Those specific terms shall supplement and, where applicable, take precedence over these general terms.
3. Intellectual Property (IP)
3.1 Ownership
All content, trademarks, methodologies (including but not limited to "Empowered Flow", "Return on Heartbeats", and "Dynamic Genie" methodology), software (including "Insight Genie", "Dynamic Genie", and "Meeting Genie" platforms), workshop materials, diagnostic frameworks, and all other intellectual property displayed on this site or provided during our consultancy are the exclusive property of Front Foot MI Ltd or our licensors.
3.2 Licence
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to view and use the materials for your internal organisational use only. You must not reproduce, resell, distribute, or commercially exploit our IP without our prior written consent.
3.3 Workshop Outputs
Outputs created during Dynamic Genie workshops, Insight Genie diagnostics, or other collaborative sessions that are specific to your organisation (such as your strategy documents or diagnostic reports) remain your property. However, the underlying methodologies, frameworks, software, and processes used to create those outputs remain our intellectual property.
4. Use of Our Diagnostic Tools and Platforms
4.1 Accuracy and Limitations
While our diagnostic tools (including Insight Genie) and AI-powered services (including Dynamic Genie) provide data-driven insights and facilitate strategic decision-making, they are support tools designed to enhance human judgment. They do not replace professional legal, medical, financial, or other specialist advice. Decisions made based on reports, workshop outputs, or diagnostic insights are the sole responsibility of your organisation.
4.2 Confidentiality
You agree to keep any login credentials, access codes, or proprietary information confidential. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account or access credentials.
4.3 Data Input
You are responsible for the accuracy, legality, and appropriateness of any data you input into our systems. You warrant that you have the necessary rights and permissions to provide such data to us.
5. Website Use
5.1 Acceptable Use
You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You must not use our website:
- In any way that breaches any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising or promotional material

Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Unless otherwise agreed, invoices are payable within 30 days of the invoice date.
10. Cancellation and Refunds
Cancellation and refund policies will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, cancellations made with less than 14 days' notice may be subject to cancellation fees.

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where such failure or delay results from any cause beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, pandemic, government restrictions, or failure of third-party systems.
