Vector Database
A specialised database that stores mathematical representations (embeddings) of your content, enabling fast semantic search across thousands of documents. Fit to Care uses Google Cloud Vertex AI Vector Search with encryption at rest and strict access controls. Vector databases power the knowledge base functionality in Meeting Genie.
AI-Powered Analysis
Analysis performed by AI systems managed by Fit to Care specialists (not self-service). AI-powered analysis is used to synthesise stakeholder insights, identify patterns across large datasets, generate real-time strategy synthesis during workshops, and provide instant answers from knowledge bases during meetings. All AI is managed on Google Cloud Platform with built-in safety controls.
