APPLICATION OF THESE WEBSITE TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions (“Terms & Conditions”) apply to the Fittocare.co.uk website (“Site”) operated by Front Foot MI Limited (“we“, “us” and “our“) and the use of the Site and our services. By using the Site a user, indicates that he/she/it has read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Use of the Profile and search functionality of the Site is prohibited to those who have not registered and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

1. OUR SERVICE

• The Site allows individuals and businesses (“Users”) to utilise information and tools e.g. insight gathering tools to improve the productivity of their organisations.

• At the moment, there is no requirement for registration or sign up to be able to utilise the Site.

• Access to the Site is by invitation only.

• Initially access to the site and usage of the information / tools is free.

• Fittocare reserves the rights to update the pricing policy at any time.

• If you identify concerns with regards to any Users conduct, you agree to email through the "Contact us" page with this information as soon as possible.

• If you consider that a User has violated the law or is defrauding, threatening or endangering anyone, we urge you to contact the police immediately.
